GEAR? ?OIL? ?PUMP
DESCRIPTION:
NKR Gear Oil transferring Pumps are applicable to transfer various kinds of oil like crude oil, diesel & lubricating oil. If equipped with copper gears, they can transfer low flashpoint liquid like gasoline and benzene and so on. Temperature of medium is not over 70°C. If for a high temperature resistant pump, only change material to high temperature resistant type material. For this kind of pump, the temperature can’t be over 300°C, viscosity should be 5X10~1.5X10 m/s. This series of pumps helps in transferring of Lubricating oil, Heavy oil, Light oil for industry purpose and Edible oil which are free of solid particles and fibers, no corrosion.
OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE:
A pair of reverse gears is fitted in this type of pumps, one is drive and the other one is passive. It depends on mesh between the two gears; the whole operating chamber is divided into two independent parts. As right drawing, A is the suction chamber and B is the discharge chamber. When the pump runs, drive gear leads the passive gear rotate. When gear work from mesh to depart, a partial vacuum will occur at suction side (A), the liquid is sucked in. The sucked liquid fills each gear valley and leads to outlet side (B), when gear mesh, the liquid is squeezed out and becomes high pressure liquid then drained from the exhaust port.
FEATURES:
- Smart and impact structure.
- Convenient operation and maintenance.
- This series of pumps features good self-priming, so it is not necessary to pour lubricant for ordinary work.
- The lubrication of this type of pump is automatically completed by transferring liquid.
- Transmit power with a flexible coupler can compensate for little deviation from installation. The coupler can be in buffer action when the pump is impacted by inevitable pressure surge.
APPLICATIONS:
- Bulk plants
- Wharfs
- Water Crafts
- Factories
- Farmers
- Mines and so on.
